RH Property Services is a trading name of Rob Hill Property Limited, incorporated in 2016 following more than a decade in the industry. We have since built an excellent reputation for quality and service.

We take great pride in this reputation and continue to build on it by working closely with our clients to understand their requirements, and endeavour to bring projects to completion on time and always on budget. Both domestic and commercial properties are catered to, mainly servicing the South Yorkshire area. However, our dedicated contractors can also be seen working throughout the wider region.

We work hard to ensure we always source top quality materials; we carry a £5 Million public liability and employer’s liability insurance and assure our work with a 10 year guarantee.

We are proud members of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors. Leading the way in roofing excellence, NRFC has established itself as the voice of the roofing industry ensuring its members are at the forefront of their trade.

Our accreditations include NFRC, Velux, Chas, SMAS and Firestone, and all our installers either hold a NVQ or city and guilds qualified in there field.
